La proximité de la gare de Nice Riquier avec des trains régionaux pour Menton et Cannes toutes les 20 minutes.
Le quartier est très tranquille, quasiment pas de circulation durant la nuit.
Depuis l'appartement jusqu'au port Lympia il faut seulement 20 minutes en passant par la belle rue de Arson où il y a partout un endroit où prendre son café et son déjeuner.
L'odeur de la fumée de cigarette au 5e étage, dans le couloir. Une seule nuit il y a eu du bruit car notre voisin a eu la visite de plusieurs personnes assez bruyantes. Les coussins n'étaient pas très confortables.

La situation géographique, à proximité du tram 1 pour l'accès en ville et du Port Lympia, nous a permis une diversité d'escapades. Le petit balcon est parfait pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Appart dans une résidence calme. On recommande. Pas besoin de voiture.

+ great location, close to a big supermarket, to restaurants and to the train and tram
+ good communication with the owner ahead of the arrival
- cleaness: it was superficially clean but you could tell that it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while
- the bed was quite uncomfortable. It isn't a proper bed but more like the kind of foldable bed you put in your guests' room. The mattress was very thin and not really comfortable. It feels like the pictures are a bit misleading.
Overall, I'd still recommend the place.

- Colchón ultrafino, lleno de muelles y la almohada imposible de acomodar
- la lavadora de las fotos, no existe en el apartamento
- mucho calor en el apartamento, imposible de ventilar
- 1 bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel higiénico para 9 días
- en 9 días no se ha cambiado las toallas ni las sábanas
- olor a alcantarilla en la ducha
