IN NO WAY CAN I RECOMMNED ANYONE STAYING HERE.

Location was good for our purposes

I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! The kitchen was adequate, but not great. Pots and pans and plates were limited. The living room worked well. The downstairs bed was in no way a "Master". Room was small and just fit the bed. It had no closets and no "en suite" bath. It was a walk, and both opened up into the kitchen for all to see. There are two major safety hazards - both the front door and back sliding doors for entry to the house had no railings and the step up to the house is at least 18". Very unsafe. The front door is very heavy and twice it slammed back on my and my grandson's back heel and cut us badly. The back entrance has a small stone which is 6" away from the door as well as being 18” high. Without holding on to the door handle it is hard to step up and in. You have to hold on to the handle of the sliding door to help you get up and in. Problem is, the handle slides and resulted in my taking a fall into the kitchen and slicing my left shin and bruising and cutting my right knee and shin. I had to go to the Emergency Room to get them to stop the bleeding. What an easily averted cost and pain. The owners know of this hazard and don’t do anything to mitigate it, and they didn’t disclose it. Shame on them.

Perfect for a group of friends or large family in any season

Host Brie was exceptionally helpful and the home was in a perfect location to explore the Monadnock region, any season! The house is spacious, with huge kitchen, living room, dining room and big bedrooms with good beds. We also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was (and clean!) We'd definitely return to Cobb Meadow!
