The location and the room size
Bathroom smells really bad.
Parking was an issue the first day, they couldn’t charge my card because of their POS issue and I ended up getting a Police summon of RM 300 due to parking by the road.
Reception doesn’t have 24/7 staff. I had issues with my room card not working at night after 10PM and there was no one to help. I had a tough time getting into the parking, a lot of back and forth and wastage of time. The same problem when I wanted to go out at 7AM in the morning and there was no one at the reception to help.
During Booking I didn’t see anywhere mentioned that it’s an AirBnb and they won’t service the room before minimum 4 days of stay.

The location is convenient, connected to the mall and MRT. The apartment itself is spacious and with a nice bedroom. The bed was comfortable with a separate AC unit. The view from the window was nice.
Although the property looks great in the pictures, in reality it was not very clean. There were sauce stains on bed and furniture. The clothes steamer did not work, and the water dispenser dispensed only hot water. There were bugs in the apartment. The bathroom had an odd smell and the toiletries provided were low quality.
The online staff was polite, but the onsite staff was not - they brought me a trashed iron when I asked for it and wasted my time.
The property runs a scheme giving a discount for a 10 star review.
Lastly, the property failed to produce an invoice for my stay which is unprofessional. I can’t recommend it to business travelers.
