The property was as described, and very comfortable. We loved the front garden which was alive with bees and butterflies. We also enjoyed listening to the birdsong and watching the swifts (we think they were swifts?) dancing in the sky. The location was great for us. It was an easy drive to Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Wollerton Old Hall Garden, which we particularly wanted to see. The hosts left us some milk, a homemade cake, some cookies and crisps, which was a lovely surprise.
We seemed to have been sent the wrong code to the key safe. Luckily, a neighbour knew the correct code and was able to help us gain access.

The lodge was super cosy and had everything we needed. The owners had left us a homemade Bara Brith and snacks as well as milk in the fridge which was so thoughtful.
The beds are very comfortable!!
The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to cook.
We would definitely recommend this lodge and would stay again.
Nothing. It was lovely.
