Position and size of the flat.
All the towels were stored half wet in drawers, which meant that on arrival we couldn't use them and had to hang them to dry.
No toiletries were provided: instead, we found all the toiletries bottles empty in the storeroom.
There was only about half an inch of hand soap provided for the 2 bathrooms (the other bottle was completely empty).
Pillow covers smelt really musty, and one of the sets had a visible yellow stain patch on it.
It appeared the heaters were working only in 1 room. In the second bedroom, the heater was actually pulled off the wall and placed on the floor..
