I was initially nervous as some of the past reviews were very mixed. But when we got there, it was actually good. Entry was effortless since code was provided before arrival. It was relatively clean. The location was perfect and a walking distance from Kabukicho and train stations. Host seemed responsive and friendly in chat. I would consider myself picky/maarte when it comes to accomodation, so it was a pleasant surprise for me to find the loft in good condition.
I just wish there was a bidet. Also, the AC does leak so maybe that could be fixed. I think the noise outside was expected, but it's not like that happens after 12am like there will be peace and quiet at one point lmao
