The location is nearby of the beach (10 min). The parking was helpful and the access of the apartment was very easy.
We had AC and hot water.
Raport quality-price very good.
Not the most cleanest place but the bad sheets were clean.
The noise from street can be disturbing but with the earplugs the problem ia solved.

The staff responded really quick through booking.com email/mail (phone doesn’t work) even though it’s past 11 pm (late flight).
Pin to the key’s locker given at Booking.com email confirmation was 1518 and turned out it’s a different number.
The room layout was spacious for 2 people, bright and very clean (room, wardrobe closet and bathroom) where you can cook also if you are hungry in the middle of the night.
Location near to Seminyak and Kuta.
Motorbike parking was plenty, but for cars you can fit only 2 cars
Local phone number doesn’t work.
No coffee maker / coffee.
The passing motorbike was so noisy, the room wasn’t soundproof at all but you should expect that when staying in hotel with a room facing busy streets (I stayed at Aloft by Marriott also have the same problem).

I like the room, its cozy and good amount of sun. It is clean and aircon works fine. It is just feels like home. Price is super affordable and with this quality, Im sure will be back. When I arrived, there is someone who helped me carried my luggage up. Im not sure if he is the owner, but anyway thank you :)
Nope, All good so far, near cafe and restaurants too. I can walk to anywhere. It is near the small road, though I can hear all the car/motorcycle, but Im not light sleeper so Im very happy with this.
