I stayed in the deluxe and standard room, A/C and toilet facilities, cleanliness and bedding is immaculate. Location is superior, a short walk from multiple place to eat/drink, a super market not even a minute walk away. I got very ill while staying here, the staff checked up on me and even one day wanted to order me food. Pool was always kept super clean.
I am nit picking and to most this probably isn't an issue, standard room TV is small and not a smart TV.
This is probably a country issue rather than hotel but the humidity in the room could cause a very slight dampness to bedding (I stayed in 2 rooms and no mould any where)
No chairs in room, just a bed. But chairs and table outside your room.

It had all the facilities I needed and the bed was comfy. Staff communicated via WhatsApp and were very efficient.
My room was a little run down in places with paint coming off the wall and the door was hard to open and shut but it didn’t affect my overall stay.
