Complaint Regarding Hotel Experience

I booked a hotel through Booking.com for three nights. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and even dangerous: The address provided on Booking.com led me to the middle of a dark mountain road, after a long and difficult drive with steep climbs where my car almost rolled back. When I arrived at the location, there was no hotel at all – just an empty, dark road. I tried calling the phone number listed in the booking. A woman answered but spoke almost no English, so we couldn’t communicate. She later sent me the same incorrect location, which again led to nowhere. After many unsuccessful attempts to find the property, my phone battery died, and I had to drive back in complete darkness to the nearest village without navigation. This was very stressful and frightening. I was forced to book and pay for another hotel in that small village to have a place to stay for the night. Later, the daughter of the property owner called me and admitted that the location given was wrong. At that point, I had already booked another night at a different hotel. I explained the situation and asked her to cancel my booking and refund me, and she agreed. However, when I submitted a cancellation request through Booking.com, it was denied, and I still haven’t received any refund. I also want to point out that I never received the correct address of the property, and to this day I have no idea where it is actually located. I kindly ask you to cancel this booking in full and issue me a complete refund. The entire experience was extremely stressful, unsafe, and has seriously damaged my trust in the Booking.com service.

Exceptional, very ecological way of thinking, peaceful and clean.

The place is tranquil and charming. I can see the view of the city from the balcony. The owners grow vegetables organically and even use them for dinner and breakfast. You can easily find strawberries in their garden and also they use green energy here for electricity and water from the mountains. The price is very reasonable for such a place.

If you are not familiar with the location, it's better to hire a driver to visit places around. Of course, the location is a little bit hard to reach but it's what you might need during your days off.

The place is tranquil and charming. I can see the view of the city from the balcony. The owners grow vegetables organically and even use them for dinner and breakfast. You can easily find strawberries in their garden and also they use green energy here for electricity and water from the mountains. The price is very reasonable for such a place.

If you are not familiar with the location, it's better to hire a driver to visit places around. Of course, the location is a little bit hard to reach but it's what you might need during your days off.
