NOT WORTH THE MONEY, VERY LOUD NEIGHBOR !

The property is about a 5 minute drive to the West campus at IMG. We never had a problem finding a parking spot and the pictures are exactly what the apartment looked like. It was clean when we walked in and snacks were left out for us which was nice.

The next door neighbor was incredibly loud. The tv and radio were on at 200 % volume all three nights we were there from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am. Blaring through the wall and bedroom door and making it impossible to sleep. We barely slept at all for the three days we were there. We called the property manager the third night because we couldn’t take it anymore and she said “she would try to reach the neighbor” and they did turn it down for about 2 hours and then they turned it right back up. It was very disappointing and I couldn’t wait to check out. Check out is early, 10 am. The towels were very old and had stains on them that had not entirely come out. The complex pool was dirty and needed a good cleaning. The internet was finicky and took a while to get it to work. If you are staying here because you are visiting IMG for a sporting event don’t expect to get any peaceful sleep.

Very close to IMG, spacious, nice pool, but loud birds next door. Uncomfortable beds and couches.

The location is great if you want to be close to IMG. Otherwise there is not much else close by. The condo unit is spacious, clean, and has most kitchen necessities. The pool is also nice.

Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet. There are two very noisy birds in the next door unit that are just on the other side of a locked door that allows sound to come through clearly. The birds squawk at various times of the day for 15-20 minutes at a time, sometimes early in the morning. And they are loud. They can drown out the TV. The owner was not flexible on a late check out, without paying an extra fee. We didn't check in until 9:30pm on arrival but had to check out no later than 11am on our departure date. Our departure flight was not until 9pm but we were not allowed to even stay until 1pm without an extra charge, despite the fact that the place was not rented to anyone else after we left. And we were not allowed to leave our luggage in the unit or anywhere else until we had to leave for the airport. The couches and beds are quite firm and uncomfortable, and the decor of the unit is dated.
