This place is so nice and clean. The family treated us wonderfully. We want to come stay next year for three weeks.

The apartment was wonderful. Modern and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and also quiet. Andrea, the host, graciously communicated with me multiple times prior to arrival. My family and I were arriving to Civitavecchia by train (in the evening), and for a very reasonable price, he arranged pick up at the station in a huge Mercedes van (the driver, Fabio, was a charming man) and also had us picked up the following morning for drop-off right at our cruise ship. It was flawless and made the trip so much easier (it would not be an easy walk especially in the summer heat).
As I noted, the apartment was perfect for a family of four, with a washer/dryer (a luxury!), air conditioning (another luxury!) and a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, etc. We wish we could have stayed more than one night and I would say we made an excellent choice for pre-cruise lodging.
Absolutely nothing. There were no negatives and I would stay here again anytime.
