View and apartment were decent.
Check in at another hotel which was 10mins away and with luggage. Room was incredibly hot and took 4hrs to cool down. Brochure said beach front but failed to mention the bust train station below. Room is in need of an update. 2 loungers but no seats or table on huge veranda.

They own a hotel round the corner and took our bags in the next day, was very good service. We booked the 2 top apartments and both had great views. lots of close by restaurants, we went to STRADA and it was fantastic for a casual meal. Great AC in the bedrooms.
The beds in both apartments rickety and seem to be falling apart. The balcony needed cleaning. The main lift was broken and the small lift was scary! lift access only to the floor below so you do need to carry bags up 1 floor. They had a coffee pod machine but no pods available.

Melissa is a great host and did all she could to make our stay comfortable. Prior to my booking and our arrival she was responsive to my e-mails answering questions and concerns. We were flying overnight from the US and a big concern was the check-in time knowing we would be arriving early and exhausted. While she could not guarantee an early check in time due to guests checking out and her need to do a thorough cleaning of the apartment, she made an effort to have the apartment throughly cleaned and ready for us as early as possible. And she had someone do avery thorough cleaning. Location was in great proximity to the ocean front and restaurants....and with us leaving on a cruise the next day in close proximity to the cruise port. We rented the large apartment which is beautifully appointed. Located 13 stories up the views are magnificent with a 180 degree wrap around terrace and from the interior, floor to ceiling glass. I would highly recommend this place and hope someday to return as a guest.
We managed fine but be prepared that the elevator goes up to the 12th floor and you need to walk up one fllight to the 13th floor where the studio and large one bedroom apartment's are. This might be an issue for someone much older or not in decent physical condition. We were not prepared to carry our luggage up one flight but we managed and once there, staying in this gorgeous space was worth the climb. Loved this space and as a host, Melissa could not have been nicer!

Nice sitting room and kitchen.
Flat was very hot as top floor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Not even bare minimum of water in the fridge. Worst of all no mention of having to lug luggage up two flights of stairs. My husband hurt his back, as we had heavy cases as just before going on a cruise!
