La Cerasa is a very special place, the homely decor is so different from many holiday houses and relaxing outside in the beautiful garden was a joy. The aircon was a huge bonus and the kitchen was very well equipped. Giovanni and Maria were extremely welcoming and helpful, offering us lifts to town and allowing us to check in early. Bracciano is a charming town and it is very easy and cheap to get the train into Rome.
We didn't have a car and the road down into Bracciano was very dangerous as there is no pavement and people drive very fast with no regard for walkers. It's not easy to book taxis and it made getting about very stressful. Its a shame because otherwise we loved staying there. I think it should be made clear in the description that a car is absolutely essential.

Giovanni und Maria waren sehr umsichtige und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist traumhaft.

Very homey and quiet. Felt like a home away from home, and my kids loved running around the gardens and playing outside. Great views of the Lake as well!
