Family-friendly, relatively new and clean facilities/accommodation, tram-accessible.

Customer service (hotel staff is not necessarily smiling, eager to resolve issues/quest ions faced by clients) Extremely loud fire alarm went off in the building at 03h30 at night on our first night and went on for 45 minutes which was quite disruptive and anxiety-causing Breakfast offering was the same every day and did not include non-pork meat options.
