Ok but it could improve

Location was good, access to the apartment good, kitchen and the room ok

TV doesn’t work, we contact the host but nobody helped after all. The bed and bed sheets wasn’t prepared for the sofa bed, we found dirty sheets inside the sofa. There wasn’t enough towels for all family members. Nobody provides more. Communication with the host very poor.

Perfect location, few minutes walking to the Old City . The apartment was very clean, and the space was enough for 4 people. Very quite also. Nearby have coffee shop, and shop.

Very bad hosting for a nice apartment

Nobody was waiting for us at the apartment. Only a chat in WhatsApp from an unknown person. We arrived at 14:00 at the apartment, but we were not allowed to get in until 16:00 (although was freezing cold outside). Finally we got the codes at 16:01 and we got into the apartment, someone was still finishing the cleaning and we had to wait some more minutes. For the check out, we had to leave at 11:00 and we asked whether we could leave the luggage somewhere. No, we can't leave the luggage anywhere and didn't give us a solution for lockers or similar. We also asked why the heating in the living room was not working. But we didn't have any answer nor resolution. Very bad management of the apartment. Totally unresponsive. Just willing to make money with us.

Not what I expected

Perfect location👌

The apartment is a bit messy, definitely not clean enough. The communication with the management of the property was terrible and the code provided for the front door of the building was wrong (missing a symbol) 😞 The space is smaller than it looks on the listing and I believe there are better choices to stay in this magnificent city for the same price or even cheaper ✌️
