Obiekt funkcjonalny, ze sprzętem ułatwiającym pobyt (żelazko, suszarka do włosów, suszarka na ubrania, pralka). Blisko centrum. Gospodarz pomocny. Wygodne łóżko.
Nie zaobserwowałam nic, co by mi się nie spodobało.

A very nice studio room (Apartment 23 4th Floor) with an enormous, incredibly comfortable, king-size bed with good quality white bed linen. The room also had one of the largest TVs I've seen in a rental. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. High end finishings throughout. Good shower pressure. Quiet building.
The apartment had an iron but no ironing board. Curtains are thin and not blackout so if you are light sensitive probably not for you.

The apartment is very beautiful, luxurious, freshly cleaned and renovated. The location is also amazing, within walking distance from the Rynek center. If you’re a single person, or a young couple traveling, this can be a great place to stay.
However, my stay wasn’t so pleasant. Firstly, I had no idea that the owner would charge me for the booking price + a security deposit separately. For a 360zl booking, I was charged a 300zl deposit! (And apparently it can go up to 500zl if you are staying for more than 2 nights). This was mentioned only once OUTSIDE of the booking confirmation, on the property’s list of policies. But who reads this while booking? No one. Therefore, it should be included in the booking website’s description + the initial greeting/message from the owners. As someone, who travels on a budget, alone, this is very stressful. That money should have gone to food and other necessities during my stay in Wroclaw, and I only got it back after the check-out had finished, more than 8 hours later.
Secondly, the actual facilities are not very practical. There is no place to hang your coats when you come in; there is very limited space between the kitchen counters, the sink and the stove; there’s also no shelves in the bathroom to put your stuff, only the drawers below the sink; most importantly, the washing machine, which is the top load and closed-off, broke when I used it. I am very sorry for this incident, but I also genuinely don’t know whether it really was my fault, or if the machine is just an older model, and that’s why it got stuck.
During my stay, the wifi was terrible and often went out! I told the owner and they tried resetting the router but it didn’t help at all. Luckily, I had unlimited data and I was using that for my phone. But what if I hadn’t had the data? And I needed the connection?
Thirdly, the response time is slow with this owner. They might or might not answer you during the day. And they definitely won’t see your message after 10pm. For me, this is a deal-breaker because I’m traveling alone, as a student, and I need to make sure that in case of emergency, I can reach the responsible person for help.
