Adequate but needs cleaned and upkeep.
Two full bathrooms, a long driveway, beautiful tulips in backyard were all great.
Care of old house needed especially closets and kitchen cabinets. Floors were dirty, trash under furniture could easily be seen, outside trash overflowing in cans.
