Location location location, perfect central most everything we wanted to se was resonable walking distance or city bus stop was just around the corner
Well the web site states upper floor access by elevator but no mention that you have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the elevator. My wife has limited mobility and the search I performed was elevator was my # 1. Criteria. It was very difficult for her at 72 and poor use of her legs. They skirted the disclosure saying the upper floors were services by elevator. We rode one flight and climbed on flight. We asked if towels could be refreshed as we were staying a week. They indicated they would do it one time free of charge. I would understand if the unit had laundry. Seems like they should have been exchanged more than once.

The apartment was in a perfect location. Within walking distance to all of Florence highlights!
Both bedrooms had air conditioning so this was very helpful.
No washer and dryer.
