We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The house is located in beautiful, secluded nature with amazing views over the mountains. Perfect for a getaway or even for a longer stay. There are a few rooms for guests and it felt very private yet like being welcomed into a family. The host, Misha, was one of the most kind and welcoming hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Communication was great prior to the stay, and he picked us up in his jeep so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way up to the house (the last part of the road to the house isn’t great). Upon request he made the most tasty homemade Georgian meal for us, and we had a great evening together. Facilities were great in the rooms which featured a porch with view of the mountains which we really enjoyed. The area also offers great hiking options, and the place itself has good facilities for sitting outside or on the porches reading a good book or whatever you might feel like doing.

הכל האווירה המשפחתית ומישה הבעלים אין כאלה אנשים עם לב ענק חיוך גדול ונתינה אין סופית . כל מה שהוא מחפש שהלקוח המבקר אצלו בבית ירגיש טוב ויהיה מרוצה ויעשה הכל בשביל לרצות אותו

Очень понравилось место, виды и комната. Хост был замечательным — пригласил на ужин на летней кухне, угостил вином и рассказал историю основного дома. Мне даже понравилась сложная дорога, а ещё там были милые собаки — Леди и Жужуныч. Виды просто потрясающие.
Дорога подходит только для внедорожников, но хост любезно показал, где оставить машину, и сам поднял гостей и вещи на холм. В остальном всё отлично.

Локация: никакие фото в полной мере не передадут ту красоту, которая открывается из этого дома. Да, до нее нелегко добраться, но оно того стоит 100%. Территория дома не только очень ухоженная, но и наполненная разными историческими артефактами. Место идеально подходит как для тихого, созерцательного отдыха, так и для чего-то более активного: хайк к водопаду (после дождя не рискуйте - оставите там в грязи и штаны и обувь) или прогулка на лошадях.
Хозяин: наверное самый радушный и действительно горящий идеей гостеприимства хост, которого я встречала за 10+ лет путешествий. Миша прекрасно продумал каждую деталь в комнатах: от освещения до щеток для одежды и обуви) И я уверена, что сложно найти человека, который знал бы больше об истории и современной жизни Рачи (и не только) - к его рекомендациям ресторанов, магазинов, красивых мест и тд действительно стоит прислушаться.
Жужунич: потрясающий дружелюбный соседский пес, который был нам верным сопровождающим и по территории сада и до водопада
