Not worth the money

Broken sofa cum bed, no place to hold the wipes in toilet

I felt unsafe - anyone in the building could just walk in using their own keys

Location is good (calm tree, close to station), but public transport in Luxembourg is great, so it does not make a big difference in your experience

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this property. We had to check out early due to several issues, the most serious being related to safety. The security chain lock was broken, the apartment key also opened the building’s main entrance (so everybody in the building could also open our apartment), and the living room window did not close properly. As the apartment is on the first floor, this made us feel unsafe and unable to stay. In addition, there were other problems. The towels had an unpleasant smell, the floor cleanliness was questionable, and there were no curtains or blinds in the living room, which made it impossible to sleep there and reduced privacy. There was no washing machine, and the shower was very uncomfortable to use. The overall condition of the apartment also did not match the listing photos. The photos seem to be real, but clearly edited to make the place look newer than it actually is.

Big & clean but lacking essential elements

Very clean & spacious. Very large footprint.

Kitchen equipment was lacking. Only 2 decent sized bowls which meant we had to take turns eating breakfast. Only 1 wine glass in the entire apartment and 1 champagne flute which was broken. Sun shutter worked in one bedroom only and in the other was a curtain that didn’t cover the whole window.

De locatie was top!

Het appartement was zeker niet zoals het er op de foto’s uitziet. Het is erg vervallen en in 1 kamer was het er donker te maken. De andere kamer en de woonkamer met de slaapbank niet. De slaapbank was kapot waardoor er niet op geslapen kon worden. Het was erg vervallen helaas..
