Great location apartment cosy and quite safe and friendly.
Every thing was clean except the floors and the sofa bed had stains on it looked disgusting,the veranda was dirty.

Location is wonderful, walking distance to the beach and the lake
The property was dirty upon our arrival, the floors felt gritty and there was a hairball with dust and dirt on the coffee table, the dishwasher was filthy and had a cockroach in it so we didn’t use that. The washing machine flooded the laundry when we tried to use it and there was no toilet paper in the toilet!
Also the beach access was closed due to maintenance so it would have been nice to know ahead of time because I would have booked elsewhere, beach access was one of our biggest factors in choosing accommodation

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the unit was well appointed apart from the broken furniture and utensils.
The broken dining room chair and kitchen utensils, no garbage bags, peeling paint on the interior doors, light/fan not working in dining room, lipstick marks on wine glasses in cupboard, lack of response from agency and poor communication regarding access.
