need to pay attention on cleanness.we stayed there four night but our room was not cleaned even one time
every thing was ok but they should focus on rooms cleanness.one thing more in this hotel many guest stayed who belongs to pakistan.but they did not provide food and breakfast for them.they should in hance their breakfast quality.

Otelde konakladığım süre boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldım. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Personelin güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı
Özellikle otel müdürü İlkin Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Misafirlerle birebir ilgilenmesi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve profesyonelliği gerçekten takdire değer. Kendisi sayesinde kendimizi çok rahat ve değerli hissettik. Böyle bir yöneticinin bulunduğu bir otelde konaklamak büyük bir avantaj.
Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercih edeceğim yerlerden biri olacak. İlkim Bey ve tüm ekibe emekleri için teşekkür ederim.

Location is far from the old city and other attractions. If you are in Baku for tourism this is a wrong choice. You should try otels close to old city and offervery reasonable prices. Breakfast is very poor. Coffees are available only if you ask for. Water was available in the second day. Bread is only one kind etc
