The flat is very central, and located above a quiet (pedestrian) high street with a well-stocked mini-supermarket close by. The space was very clean and well equipped, nice bathroom with great spacious shower. Beautiful 15th century building, with Michelin starred restaurant adjacent (fully booked up to 3 weeks ahead!).
I hadn't realised that it would be important to give an accurate time of arrival for Pascal to let me in; in the end it was fine, and I can see that the layout (and parking, if needed - I didn't) mean that a personal introduction is helpful. The flat is on the second floor, no lift, so be prepared! Personally I dislike air freshener sticks and always try to remove them while I'm in the room - I don't think they enhance the air quality.

Super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Besonderer Charm einer funktionalen Wohnung in einem sehr alten Haus. Parken war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Pascal hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt.

It was a great size and had a lot of charm. Well stocked. I never stayed in a 15th century building before! Price was excellent. Pascal was so friendly and attentive and he responded quickly to any questions.
Bathroom could have been brighter and bed thicker. Noisy outside because we were on a Main Street and the locals and tourists stayed out late at the restaurants and bars. But that was part of the Bayeux experience. 🙂
