Location was excellent. Small gated community - very peaceful. Close proximity to Disney parks, supermarkets and restaurants. House was comfortable with a lot of bedroom space. The pool area is large.
There were a number of issues which I raised with the owner when we first arrived, some of which were attended to promptly, others which were dealt with towards the end of our stay and some left outstanding. The property could be stunning, but it is very tired in parts with chipped and scuffed paintwork, and missing slats in the blinds just as a few examples. The pool area had damaged netting (some of which was repaired whilst we were there) and green mildew on the frame. The kitchen is randomly stocked for a house with a poss 10+ guests - only four cereal bowls, no serving bowls for fruit/pasta/salad, limited plastic pool ware for barbecues etc. All of these things could be very easily resolved with a bit of care and attention and I don't wish to downplay that this is a nice property and perfectly situated, but I felt I spent a lot of time messaging the owner to deal with issues that they or the management company should have been on top of.

We liked everything about the property, the location and gated community is a bonus. The pool area catches the late morning sun until dark. The bedrooms were all lovely with their own en suites. The cinema room with games were a particular hit with the kids too.
There were just a few maintenance issues which I have raised before writing this review. Broken lamp on arrival and missing blinds and other minor issues which I’m sure can be easily rectified.

Friendly and responsive hosts. Questions were answered within minutes. It's a wonderful villa with multiple themed rooms, Mickey and Minnie breakfast nook, Pirate of the Seas living room, Disney Princess room for girls, and Star Wars room for boys. They also have a theater and game room with six comfortable reclining theater seats and a multigame arcade. The villa was very clean. The villa has five bedrooms, two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. There are five and a half baths! Our kids enjoy the large private swimming pool a lot. It's west facing and thus we got a lot of sunny Florida. We didn't need the optional pool heat but it'll be very warming during the cold months.
The villa is located in a quiet and safe resort community that's gated. It's close to everything you can name, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, shopping, and it's about 15 minutes to the nearest Disney Park, the Animal Kingdom. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
