I stayed with my fiance here for 4 nights and we had a pleasant time. Pretty well connected to the subway station (about 10 min walk), you have plenty and of convenience stores and restaurants nearby and the staff was kind, the rooms although not super big was confortable and always clean. This is a great hotel specially if you are the type off traveler that spends a lot of time outside and need a clean comfortable room to return too at the end of the night.

The Hotel is located in a very central position of Osaka (Honmachi), at a 4 minute walk from many train and metro stations. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Everything at the hotel is basic but nice, and cleanliness is overall good. The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was small and the space organised in a non-functional way, but had everything needed for a comfy stay. The bathroom is divided in 3 different rooms, which is very non-functional. Best room features: silence (good soundproofing from outside and inside noise), good bed quality, excellent wifi. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, in a quite narrow and busy space. The food is OK, but the choice is very limited. For the same price, we had better experiences in both Tokyo and Osaka. The overall experience is still good, but it could be better.
The room is advertised as "spacious," but it is anything but. The extra space (compared to standard room) is poorly organized and lacks functionality: 50% is taken up by the bathroom, which is split into 3 separate rooms (toilet, shower, sink), while the remaining half is occupied by a cramped corner with a desk, chair and a mini-fridge. The result is that the actual "bedroom" is tiny, with the twin beds pushed right up against each other and very little room to move around. For us it was OK, because we only had cabin luggage, but 2 regular suitcases would not fit.

It was convenient. There was a food store 1 min walk away from it.
The breakfast was really plain. I expected a bit more choices in toppings for example (only butter and jam).
Also my room had two little windows with no view, there was a atructured glass behind it and it felt suffocating to not be able to look outside.
