el baño en general, descuidado ( un poquito de papel higiénico, casi ni para ir al servicio al llegar) y el teléfono de la ducha muy mejorable, no cuesta nada..

Nice view. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for the area with decent privacy. Plenty of street parking. Check in and check out process was simple, pick up and drop off keys in a lock box at the property management office on the way into Pals. Beach is a 15 min walk away. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The apartment was not very clean, lots of grit on the floor, crumbs on the fridge, etc. Our feet were immediately dirty in the apartment with all sorts of stuff stuck to them. The apartment has been updated with Ikea style counters etc, but it felt cheap for the price we paid and the building is old. The bathroom had broken toilet paper holder stashed in a shelf with other broken plastic pieces from towel holders etc. The bathroom shower is small and has a small plastic shelf that is cheap and not properly installed. Shower mat did not look clean. The window in the bathroom opens to a ventilation shaft, but the sewer smell from the ventilation shaft kept us from using it to allow a cross draft through the apartment. The view is the real perk of being on the tenth floor, but the door to the deck looked like it had been temporarily fixed with thin wood and duct tape so the view was blocked if the door was closed. The exterior shades did not function smoothly and the shades in the master bedroom would not rise, so no view from that room or sunlight in the bedroom. The kitchen had only salt. No pepper, sugar, cooking oil, tea or coffee, etc. There was cookware which we used, but again, for the price, basic bare minimum kitchen items should be available. A sponge, tablet of soap and mini dish soap is not enough for someone planning to use the apartment for multiple days. One dish towel was provided.Two bath towels were provided Microwave and toaster oven were functional but look like they are from the 80's. Beach chairs and an umbrella guests can use would also be nice as other places often provide these items. The requirement to not leave any dirty dishes and take out your own trash or be charged a 50€ fee makes it seem like cleaning is really just a quick wipe down of the table and counters The furniture is functional but worn. The throw pillows didn't look clean and seat cushions looked old and very used.
