Good location and the breakfast was amazing. There were eggs and bacon which I was expecting.
The front door didn't work for me or some of the other guests.

The host, Alfonso, was really accommodating. I booked a couple of nights in two different rooms but didn't realize that my two nights would be in separate locations. That was quickly remedied when I got there the first night, which was extremely helpful.
Highlights:
Self-serve breakfast: Big plus -- the fridge and pantry are stocked with breakfast items (eggs, bacon, cheese slices, bread, tomatoes, milk, avocadoes, some fruit, lots of spices, misc. other staples) that you can help yourself to, which was amazing. Pretty generous to this effect.
Self-checkin/locks: Each room is accessible by a unique private code, so you can lock your things in easily. Checkin/checkout process is pretty smooth. Host sends checkin info to you with clear instructions.
Room: Decently spacious, enough table, drawer & closet space to unpack your things, if you feel like doing so
Location: Near a body of water, which is nice to walk or jog by. Easy to find parking if you have a car. Peaceful, quiet area.
There's only two bathrooms for the house, so depending on how many other guests are staying at the same time, this can create a bit of a logjam if you want to take a shower.
I wasn't a big fan of the mattress on the bed. Felt like I was sleeping on a foam mattress that sank with my body weight, so much so that it felt like I was on a decline or something when I slept. Would've helped if it had a bit firmer support.

The breakfast items - selection provided were good... lots of choice...
fresh fruit, eggs and a variety of bread etc... coffee and tea selection was good.
bathroom in the basement in particular the shower - very very narrow and small... very old compared to the bathroom upstairs which was nicer and cleaner...
I would prefer having some newer pots-pans (very very old - lots of deep scratches) but serves the need the nonetheless.
Property owner very quick in replying to messages.

Close to the bus stop, the price is fair, free breakfast.
The room was not ready by late afternoon and it was cleaned in a rush, also the wall is thin and you can hear everything in the house.
