We actually stayed at Ngõ Saigon 2, the review is for this homestay. The family were really welcoming and provided good communication regarding changing our stay to their no 2 facility. Location is excellent for access to a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops being just off walking street in D1. The room was clean, but dated and the bathroom was on the same floor on the opposite landing. The owner assisted us with our luggage and had free bottled water available daily. Really good value for a double room with its own bathroom and balcony.
Given the homestay location, my room on the 2nd floor was really noisy. My brother stayed on level 1 and he said he didn't hear anything!! I am a light sleeper and struggled to get a good night's sleep during the 3 nights we stayed.
