Size, facilities including pool, games room and full TV streaming services in all bedrooms. Overall the property was clean and met the needs of our family.
Property management team were responsive when messaged via booking.com
We asked for a pool clean, new pool net as not one, remote control as was missing on arrival and pool table cues as they were broken and this was all done and delivered within 24 hours.
The property has some cosmetic problems and needs some repairs and upgrades.
There was some damage to furniture and interiors which need addressing for safety purposes.
The pool area needs a good deep clean and the pool filter doesn’t seem to be working as effectively as it should.
The property did back onto a road which was entrance to a RV camping ground so was busy most of the day, it just lacked some privacy when in the pool/terrace….

Very Spacious and plenty of room for the family
Pool and cleanliness could’ve been better and dish washer didn’t work. Damaged items,But besides that , we managed to enjoy our stay

Spacious and the rooms were themed nicely. The owner response quickly.. bitch go fuck. Is you sitting here for move?
We arrived at the property at 4:30 and the cleaners still didn’t have it done and we had a car full of kids. The house also wasn’t thoroughly clean. There were crumbs still in the couch, the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out all the way and you can tell the carpet on the steps haven’t been cleaned for a while. You can tell they rigged a lot of things to just work instead of actually getting it fixed such as the patio door which consistently kept getting stuck and the leaky sink underneath in the kitchen. Also, if you use the bathtub downstairs, nothing else works so you can’t take a shower if someone’s using the tub. Going departure day the cleaners showed up at 10 o’clock exactly but on our arrival day they were still there till 430 and we got there and the house still wasn’t thoroughly clean so I don’t know what they were doing for all those hours.
