I checked in quite late that day, and the front desk left the key for me, which was very nice.
However, I booked the hotel through Booking, so I was supposed to pay at check-out. But the front desk staff kept urging me to pay—they woke me up once at 7:00 am and again at 9:00 am. The experience was very unpleasant, as it felt like they were afraid I might leave without paying 😅.
