Location was good the staff was cooperative
Hygiene in catering is questionable,needs improvement,no kettle in room ,have to wait for tea till caterers start that is uncertain ,no chairs in catering area

I chose this residency just because they have a small kitchen platform in every room where you can make tea /coffee or heat food. However no induction/ utensils are provided. You hv to get your own. Most rooms are well ventilated with a good balcony.
The room size is very small just apt for only two people. If you ask for a mattress for the third occupant you are left with no walking space. The breakfast is horrible. Front office staff is very rude. Despite being written on the promotional board the room charges as 899 and 1099 for small and big room respectively they charge 1200 for every room. The extra mattress is of the worst quality dirty and ragged. And if you question this they will hv no solid justifications.
