My rating and comments are with the lens of "value for money". Set your expectations in line with money you are paying and this place will overdeliver. The best part is the Staff (very courteous and helpful) and in-house restaurant that serves good food at a very good price point. The place is is in safe and quite locality yet very connected to main roads.

Hotel devv inn, fab hotel - both are the same.
Drain hole blocked and washroom was flooded with waste. Also room had broken lamps and dust particles everywhere falling from roof.
