As a family we really needed some time out to reconnect collectively and individually. The neighbours were also very lovely as they made us feel welcome and even gave us tips of where to explore. We did not regret visiting the suggested places.
The flies! I have never seen so many flies. It will be great to have some fly traps. To manage this, we had to ensure that the kitchen was absolutely clean and bins were taken out regularly which helped. The foxes also kept tipping over the food bin which we kept having to clean.

The views and the garden.
Perfect location and plenty of parking.
The open plan kitchen, dining, sitting area was great.
Nothing.

The garden was amazing for the children. Kitchen was the communal space for adults. It had every item you could think of home from home. Even though out the way, taxi services were fantastic. Getting us to and from Newport. The property managment was extremely helpful and about to go above and beyond when we had a water cutout. Thankfully not needed as resolved quickly and in time for the family wedding.
There was a water cut out in our location, of no fault of the property. But caused problems with some of the facilities.

Spacious kitchen / dining room and a great garden.
The house is filthy! Had a very basic quick clean between guests at best. Drawers were full of crumbs, fridge and oven dirty. Dishwasher filter full of grease and gunk, cobwebs and thick dust in all the corners, crumbs on and around the table on arrival, dish drainer caked in dried on food and limescale, items from previous guests left behind including opened, half empty drinks bottles. Untidy and cluttered cupboards... I could go on and on. Plus loose cupboard doors, missing door on integrated dishwasher so door doesn't stay open. Could be a delightful place to stay but the property is shabby and neglected.
