Cute, and very enjoyable!

Loved the location, the apartment was cute and quirky and we were so grateful to have a lift!

I bumped my head on the sloping ceiling, and the bed in the 2nd room didn’t have power points by the bed

It was a lovely stay!

It was perfect location. Away from all the noise but easy to get to places!

Parking. There isn't any easy parking near the property as such. However there is a secure care park close by :)

We probably chose the wrong sort of place to stay, but unfortunately it was quite bad anyway.

It was a great location and the kitchen, bathroom and the general living area were good. The office staff, accomodating our cases and assisting our entry into the flat, were friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom was not easy or comfortable. The bed was squeezed into a narrow area with no room for a bedside table. The bedside light fittings kept falling apart. There was no wardrobe in the room and no hangers in whole apartment. The eves were low and we kept hitting our heads on them. Luckily one of the representatives very kindly helped us get into the flat: this involved collecting our cases and walking about half a kilometre from the office, entering a key code outside the front door and box code inside upstairs and trying to use some complicated keys to enter the door of the flat. I admit that lots of key codes aren't my thing, so not really the fault of the administrators. At the end of the stay it was demanded that any rubbish accumulated during our stay was taken down to some (filthy) bins and sorted into glass. paper, metal, food etc, allocated bins etc. I asked a friend who lives in Krakow if this is normal and she said no, not for a short let. During the second night of my stay a cockroach appeared in my room. I don't know how this happened as the flat did seem to be quite clean.
