Well stocked and equiped, decent bed and furniture, great location and nice, safe, quiet and clean building and area. However I was staying with my wife and son and there was only duvet and pillows for two people. I could have contacted Noclegi but didn’t, small oversight from them. There was Plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance, included Wawel Castle and Juwish quarter both 10 mins walk; easy connection to hte airport through train and trams. I would stay there again and recomend it.
Communication style from Noclegi Renters wasn’t great. They messaged me to let me know my card fail as it wasn’t the details updated on Booking.com. Instead of notifying me of the issue and look for a solution, their email felt like a ramson note, saying I have two hours to pay or the reservation will be cancelled. They advise to use a link provided on the message and warned me not to try to update details of my card on Booking to avoid extra charges. This prompted some mistrust from my side and refused for a day or so to pay to a link at risk of loosing the booking. Long story short, made some checkings and determined the link was legit and paid a day and a bit after, but experience wasn’t great.

Lokalita perfektní a měli jsme pokoj do dvora (ticho)
