Not highl expectations

Location was good and check in process was easy and clear

Only 1 toilet paper was left, we were 2 and only they only left 3 big towels. Hairdresser overheats and turn off automatically. Bad WiFi and the TV didn’t have smart tv to login on apps

В самом центре - в пешей доступности Вавель, рыночная площадь, квартал Казимеж.

Было грязно, не работал WiFi, душевая кабина подтекала, в морозилке холодильника была сломана ручка и она не закрывалась, благодаря чему в холодильнике все замерзало намертво.Также было много мелких недочетом вроде треснутого вентилятора.
