Not very impressed

We felt we were misled on how many flight of stairs it was up to the apartment - which was very difficult to navigate with children and luggage- A safety hazard and fall waiting to happen ! The apartment may have 3 rooms, but my children were hitting their heads on the roof, so you can imagine as adults we were ducking constantly while moving through the rooms., even hitting our heads when standing up from the toilet. Again - this wasn’t evident on any reviews and certainly not appropriate for a family of 5. When we came out of the apartment, we were greeted with an amount of rubbish in front of the apartment and down the street that was like a dumping ground.
