The location is excellent … short walk from quiet scenic coastal walkway and good value range of restaurants.
Although there are no sandy beaches in this area the coast is nevertheless beautiful and we found a small natural lagoon 5 minutes from the apartment which was great for swimming
The apartment complex grounds is quite run down and nobody seemed to be using the pools. A couple of them were closed off so we weren’t sure if they were to be used at all.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and huge tv in a comfortable living room.
The bed is has a good firm mattress albeit it’s a bit short which is a problem for me as I’m 6 foot 4
Plenty of hot water on demand and good shower.
Can be quiet a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments at times with the walls and windows not blocking the sound well.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim. Beide slaapkamers en de woonkamer zijn voorzien van airco. 2 badkamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken, met hoogwaardige keukenapparatuur. Hele appartement is voorzien van rolluiken, dat is ook erg fijn. De zon staat vanaf de middag vol op het balkon/woonkamer/keuken, dus fijn om te kunnen afsluiten. Let op dat er in de 2e slaapkamer rolgordijnen zijn in de hoek van de kamer, in plaats van rolluiken. Deze kamer is dus niet verduisterd en erg lang licht 's avonds en erg vroeg 's ochtends.
Het appartement was brandschoon en modern. Heel fijn!
Het appartementencomplex zelf is erg verouderd en op bepaalde plekken ook erg vervallen en/of vies. Wij hebben dit echt als een teleurstelling ervaren en hadden dit vooraf op de foto's ook niet kunnen ontdekken. Het gaat dan echt over algemeen onderhoud van het gehele appartementencomplex, dus niet over de rol van Claudia bij dit fijne appartement. Ik heb het voornamelijk over het gedeelte rondom de zwembaden en de zwembaden zelf. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad door het appartement van Claudia, maar de staat van het gehele complex heeft wel een stempel op de reis gedrukt. Het gedeelte rondom de laagst gelegen zwembaden is wel iets beter, wij hebben vooral daar onze tijd doorgebracht als we op het complex waren.

Siamo stati in quest’appartamento una settimana a giugno. Claudia ci ha scritto tramite Booking come si sarebbe svolto il check-in, le chiavi per l’apertura del cancello esterno e della zona piscine erano presenti una cassetta delle lettere apribile con codice, mentre le chiavi per l’accesso all’appartamento erano presenti in una cassetta di sicurezza proprio fuori la porta dell’appartamento. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano, raggiungibile anche con ascensore.
Il parcheggio è disponibile direttamente davanti la struttura, non serve prenotazione e noi ne abbiamo trovato sempre diversi liberi.
La struttura si trova a sud, la zona secondo me è l’ideale se si ha la macchina, nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque supermercati, ristoranti e bar.
È esattamente come nelle foto, pulito e spazioso. Ci sono 3 condizionatori, uno nella zona salotto-cucina, uno nella seconda camera e uno nella camera matrimoniale.
Il divano è estremamente comodo, la tv enorme con possibilità di guardare netflix e siti streaming (con il proprio account), YouTube ecc.
La cucina è super attrezzata: ha lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchinetta del caffè, forno, microonde, bollitore, frigorifero grande, freezer. Ha diversi piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate, forbici, pentole. Ha anche la lavatrice e viene fornito anche il detersivo. C’è una dispensa con già diversi cibi, spezie (sale fino, olio, aceto), cereali, pasta. Al nostro arrivo in frigo c’erano degli snack dolci, un gin tonic e la kombucha. Era presente anche tutto ciò che serve per pulire: stracci, spugna, detersivo per i piatti. È anche presente l’aspirapolvere, in terrazza si trova il mocio, mollette per stendere ciò che serve (lo stendino si trova dentro l’armadio della seconda stanza insieme a ferro da stiro, ombrelloni, parasole per la macchina, lettini).
In terrazza c’è un ombrellone quindi si può avere ombra tutto il giorno, sia sui lettini sia sul tavolo.
Non ci sono davvero critiche da fare. Anzi, complimenti a Claudia perché anche quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo al momento del check-in, appena le ho scritto ha risposto in un batter d’occhio e abbiamo risolto. Ci tornerei sicuramente
