Beautifully presented home, was very clean. Instructions to get in were clear and the instructions when leaving were simple. The house is located a couple of minutes walk from a load of shops and restaurants so it was easy to go out and grab a meal/drink.
The bed and sofa bed were made ready and both were comfortable.
Towels were provided and there was even coffee, tea and sugar provided.
There is only 1 parking space, and the house is located down a narrow road and your asked to reverse down the road rather than use other empty spaces to turn - however there is close by parking nearby if you need a secondary car.
Also the thermostat seems to reset after a couple of hours back to 7° which was annoying at one point but we just kept checking it every couple of hours when we were inside.
These are only small things, the place was great so would return if we ever went back

This was our 2nd time staying at one of the holiday cottages, and we’ll be back again!
Location, facilities, comfort, cleanliness are all excellent.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Ashbourne was a convenient location for going walking, and there was a nice Asian restaurant within easy walking distance.
I didn't like being told that I needed to reverse down the road in order to turn the car round, as neighbours didn't want their parking spaces to be used for turning. If I'd known that in advance, I wouldn't have booked this property.
No place in the shower for the soap or shower gel.
Freezer drawers needed defrosting.
