We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with good-quality toiletries, complimentary bottled water replenished daily, a well-stocked minibar and a great selection of entertainment, including Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels either very new or recently renovated. Everything was immaculate, modern and extremely well maintained. The location is also lovely, set within the beautiful, green surroundings of Banja Koviljača, which made the whole stay feel incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
The restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, with a particularly good selection of Asian and Chinese dishes, alongside plenty of other choices. The restaurant itself is beautifully presented and was a really enjoyable place to eat.
We also really enjoyed the leisure facilities. The swimming pool was lovely, as were the steam room and sauna, and the massage was excellent. There were plenty of treatment options and overall the hotel represented fantastic value for money.
Most importantly, the staff were wonderful throughout our stay — friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The reception staff in particular were fantastic and made us feel very well looked after.
We stayed while attending a wedding in the area and it turned out to be the perfect place to relax. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, great food and genuinely lovely service. We would happily stay again.

The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago in an excellant way, using refined material and in good taste. It’s within the Banja Koviljaca park area a few minutes by foot from the thermal spa. Excellant

Beautifully remodeled with style and taste, creating a lovely ambiance. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we were provided pillows of our choosing. We loved the option of Chinese food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Best of all, the spa facilities, salt room, steam room, sauna, pool, and spa treatments.
The staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful.
We will come again.
