Tout était parfait. L’accueil de nos hôtes qui font tout pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Les informations touristiques la remise d’un badge pour le parking gratuit. Très bonne adresse

Consiglio assolutamente a tutti! Alessio è stato una persona eccezionale fin dal primo momento. Prima del nostro arrivo ci ha dato tantissimi consigli e informazioni utili tramite WhatsApp ed è sempre stato molto disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti personalmente e ci ha persino accompagnati a cena. Lui e sua moglie sono due persone davvero fantastiche, gentili e ospitali.
L’appartamento è molto bello, pulitissimo, curato e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. Abbiamo trovato tutto esattamente come ci aspettavamo e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La posizione è ottima e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.
Grazie di cuore ad Alessio e a sua moglie per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità! Se torneremo a La Spezia, sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questo appartamento. Consigliatissimo!

Après un road trip d’un mois, c’est l’endroit où nous nous sommes le plus sentis comme à la maison. L’accueil a été fabuleux, Rebecca et Alessio sont adorables et leur appartement est superbe, climatisé et très bien situé (proche de la gare pour les 5 Terres et à 20min du port). C’était vraiment parfait 👌🏼

Tout ! L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les 5 terres à 7 min à pied de la gare. Le logement est très propre, très bien décoré ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et ont pensé à tout : le parking, pleins d’infos et de conseils pour le séjour, des recommandations excellentes, pleins d’attentions. Vraiment tout était parfait !
