Overall, the property met our expectations—it was clean and well maintained. We specifically chose this home for its number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which suited our needs. However, there were a few drawbacks.First, the owner removed the listing from VRBO a couple of weeks before our stay, which initially seemed concerning. While he was quick to respond, he only speaks Spanish, which made communication a bit challenging for us. The bigger issue with the listing being removed was that we could no longer access the photos of the home on VRBO. Fortunately, we found the listing on another site, so we were able to reference the details we needed.Secondly, there was nowhere to store our clothes or bathroom essentials—no dressers and very little counter space in the bathrooms. We ended up buying hangers to utilize the closet space but still had to live out of our suitcases. This wouldn’t have been a big deal for a short stay, but since we were there for a full week, it became an inconvenience.Lastly, parking was a challenge, though this was due to the neighborhood’s layout rather than the owner’s fault. The driveway only fits three cars, and one must be parked parallel between the sidewalk and the street. This meant we had to constantly shuffle vehicles around. When members of our wedding party visited, they had to park offsite, and we shuttled them back to the house.Despite these issues, the home itself was nice.
