About this space
Newly remodeled with all the modern amenities, you will feel the true lake life as you gaze out at the beautiful lake through many of the floor to ceiling windows in every room. Enjoy dinner on the large deck and watch all the fun on the water. The boat dock will have an empty slip for you to slide your boat right in. Right off the dock is a great place for swimming or just sunbath on the huge Lilly pad.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay this is it. We have never stayed at a vacation rental that was this clean. The beds, linens, pillows, and towels are top quality. Wonderful views. This home is in a great central location to visit several family friendly areas in southern Illinois, plus you are right on the lake for swimming, boating, and fishing. A few things not in the listing were, the stair and balcony railing in the house are not safe for small children. There is not a deck table if you want to eat outside. The hill down to the lake is steep. If you plan on cooking the kitchen could be better equipped with pans, bowls, etc. We were unable to use the gas grill as grate was rusty and ignitor didn't work. Owner did indicate they were replacing the grill. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Very clean and family friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of parking in front of the beautiful home. The View from the home is panoramic as you watch the sun set from the deck.
