Completely remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo in Romar Lakes. This two bedroom, two bath 2nd floor unit accommodates up to 6 people. Elevator for easy move in. Brand new flooring throughout, new granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Large private deck overlooking marsh. Enjoy a community pool with grills. Short walk across the street to pristine white sand beach. Popular restaurant for lunch or dinner in parking lot.

I’m very picky when it comes to renting a vacation spot and this place exceeding my expectations! Nice, very clean, and great location! The host was awesome to work with and I’d definitely stay again!

Place was very cute and clean. Responsive host and the location was great. I especially enjoyed a comfy bed and natural view from the balcony. We didn't want to leave!

The location of this VRBO was great and very convenient. About a 10-minute drive from most attractions, restaurants, and stores. Check-in was easy. Unfortunately, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Some of the plates appeared to have a film on them and even had food residue remaining. We found a Coke bottle underneath one of the beds, and there were crumbs in the kitchen carpet area, which made us question how thoroughly the property had been cleaned before our arrival. The sockets in the kitchen were hanging off the wall which felt unsafe. We tried to clean but the vacuum didn’t work and we tried to sweep the carpet but that went as well as you think it would. Another major issue was the hot water. Neither bathroom was able to provide consistent hot water, which made showering frustrating.We were also disappointed with the HOA's presence around the pool area. While using the pool during posted open hours, HOA were making rounds and appeared to be waiting for us to leave even though the pool had not yet closed. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome. We also got a message during our stay to move a mat inside since it was against HOA rules but we had not moved it outdoors. Overall, the property has a lot of potential due to its location and easy access, but the cleanliness issues, hot water problems, and uncomfortable HOA interactions took away from the experience. They also have beach supplies which was great.
