About this house rental

Located in Kawartha Lakes, this attractive house for $171 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Country Charm meets City Luxury! Tudor style home on 1.5 acres of park like setting. Lots of pine trees. Tudor Pines is only 8 minutes north of downtown Port Perry, 20 minutes east of Uxbridge and 20 minutes north of the 407. We are 1 hour east of Toronto. This is truly a hidden gem. 4 rooms to currently choose from…..3 on the main floor, 1 on the upper floor (2 more coming this fall on the lower floor). 1). The main floor oversized Garden Suite (our original & most luxurious) room has a king bed, desk, chair, window bistro set, 2 cupboards and its own oversized ensuite with jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet, towel heater and other amenities. 2). The main floor Rose Grove room has a queen bed & shares a full bathroom with main floor Lavender Fields room. 3). The main floor Lavender Fields room has a queen bed & shares a full bathroom with main floor Rose Grove room. 4). The upper floor Treetop Loft sits above the Garden Suite. It contains a queen bed, its own ensuite with toilet, tub and shower among other amenities. There is also a card table/chairs, working area with desk & chair and a library/games area. All guests, regardless of which room they chose, have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, side door powder room, back deck and all other outdoor property to the south of the fenced in area for pets. Chill on the back deck that overlooks the backyard. There are chairs and a gas bbq there for your convenience. Bring your steaks and burgers! Sit around the fire pit under the starry sky on comfy Muskoka chairs. Dine under the gazebo. Read a good book on the backyard swings. Enjoy the pine, maple, birch, crabapple, apple and pear trees. Enjoy the many gardens. Feeling hungry? Head into town for dinner at one of Port Perry’s awesome restaurants. Don’t feel like going out? Want to cook or order in? There are many different spots at Tudor Pines to choose from when deciding where to eat. Bbq on the back deck and dine there, head out to the gazebo and dine. Cook a delicious meal in our well equipped kitchen complete with an indoor fireplace and gorgeous view. Dine at the kitchen table in the breakfast nook or at the kitchen island on the bar stools. Bring your meal on over to the dining room. Every window has a beautiful view. Dine while watching tv in the living room. Perhaps you’d like more privacy? Dine in your room at the bistro set or at the desk while admiring the beautiful gardens out the picture windows. Feeling sporty? Go paddle boarding, canoeing or kayaking on the river 5 minutes down the road. Bring your own water craft or rent one in town. Rent an e-bike in town and travel around the waterfront. Hike a trail in town or just outside of town. Go golfing or boating in summer snd skiing, skating or snowmobiling in winter. So many things to do, so little time! Book at least a weekend to fit in some fun while ensuring some chill time too! Girls weekends! Paint ‘n’ Sip nights! Stagettes, Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, Micro weddings, Company think tank getaways……the things you can do at Tudor Pines are endless! Cots available at $50/night.
