The first floor has a living room and kitchen with a dining area. Also on the first floor are two twin XL bunks and a full bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The home is raised with parking underneath. Also under the house is a storage area and an outdoor shower. The home has a balcony which faces the pool. ***Ongoing construction in development. IMPORTANT INFO -Renters must be over 25 years of age. -No smoking. -No pets. -Linens and bath towels are included. -Guests receive a “starter pack” of a single dishwasher packet, a single laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash liner in the can, 1 extra trash can liner, and a single packet of coffee. We also include 2 kitchen dish rags and 1 dish towel. -Bathroom amenity package for master bath is 2 small soaps, 1 shampoo and conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Guest baths get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap. 1 bath towel and washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
