Boating & Private Dock Slip: We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely: - Dock in our exclusive marina which accommodate boats up to 40’ in length. Maximum one boat per slip. - There is no power or pump out service to the slips. - The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate. How to Access: Stair access only the home is elevated above sea level. The Neighborhood: About the Community: The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Haven Estates is a family-style neighborhood. Boat Ramp: There is a boat ramp directly across the street available for use. Key Haven To-Dos: There is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friends. Rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina and embrace island time! Catch a kayak tour out of Lazy Dog in Stock Island. Our Favorite Nearby Restaurant Recommendations: Locals’ favorites Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Getting Around: Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate. The driveway allows parking for up to 3 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter, moke or bike for the day to explore the area.
