The large, open-concept kitchen is well-appointed for family-style meal prep, with eat-in options including a breakfast bar and a six-person table that can be expanded to seat up to eight. Larimer Square is only a 17-mile drive south. Boulder is 24 miles west. Denver International Airport is 20 miles southeast. There is a park with a play place right adjacent to the house for when you want to take your kids out for some fresh air. A beautiful nature preserve with a lake is only a short bike ride away - perfect for a picnic or going for a run. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very cozy with the fireplace and lots of space

The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the quiet cul-de-sac the house is located in and the wrap around yard with its idyllic view on the park next door from the deck. The large deck was great for entertaining as we stayed here for an extended family get together. Also loved the vaulted ceiling in the living room, which, together with the family room and the open kitchen made for a great hangout area with room for break away groups on the 1st floor. Being able to go for a walk around the lake in the nearby nature preserve and having everyday amenities nearby made this the perfect stay for us. We'll be back!
