Samuel’s Cottage was perfect for our third trip to St John! We prefer to stay close, and this location was great for walking into town, but providing more privacy than being “in the town”. The place is well air conditioned, and clean! Provides many amenities including beach chairs, beach towels, and extra linens/pillows. It is a steep driveway, so driving up/down is fine, but if you plan to walk everywhere, the hill is not suited for mobility issues.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-4 people at a very reasonable price for St John. We had a wonderful stay!

Conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants. We bought a tin baking pan at the grocery store but otherwise the kitchen was equipped well enough.

Place was great. Everything we needed. Steep walk down to unit. Be careful if you have walking issues.
