The owner was very helpful and friendly throughout the process of checking in, during our stay, and checking out. The owner also gave good recommendations on where to visit around town. He gave a good tour of the flat and answered all our questions. The flat was a nice place to stay, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely choose this place again if I ever come back to Paris.

Fantastic!! Host was super easy to communicate with

We enjoyed our stay in this industrial apartment and loved being in an area that was not touristy but was where Persians lived and worked. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. There were grocery stores, restaurants, pastry shops and the metro near us. We felt very safe here. Our host was very helpful, was on site and was very responsive to us by text before our arrival. We were able to check in early which was very helpful since we arrived at 10:30 am. He supplied us with some wine, coffee, juice, milk and bread for us to start and gave us a lot of information about what was in the area. It was easy to get to everything in Paris by metro. We enjoyed the Buttes Chaumont park and walking along the canal. Three of the beds were low to the ground, so because of that and the spiral staircase, this may cause problems for some people but we had no problems. The showers and toilets were separate so this is nice. We did not use the cooktop, stove or washing machine so can't comment on that. It was reasonably priced for the area. We loved it and loved our week in Paris!
